Minutes to restaurants, shops, food, Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas. Carriage house with full bath, queen sleeper sofa (top quality) and 5 beds in bunk room. Many comfortable seating areas, great views, gas fireplace, radiant floor heating, and fully-equipped kitchen. In summer, limitless options: hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and fishing. In winter: skating, XC and downhill skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc. Relax on the deck overlooking the pond or on the sunny wrap-around patio overlooking the property and the next mountain ridge. Loaded with books, games, puzzles, DVDs. 3 hours from Boston,5 from NYC. Pets with approval. Baby equipped upon request (porta crib, high chair, etc. ).
