Walk to beach and two grassy parks overlooking the gorgeous Central Coast. Close to award-winning Central Coast wineries, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Pelican Point and sandy Pismo Beach and pier. Beautiful hardwood floors and windows throughout the house showcase contemporary black cottage and wicker furniture. Private fenced yards with single car garage. New deck in backyard with gas BBQ. Home has new roof & front porch along with new exterior paint, offering a comfortable, relaxed environment for family vacations or a romantic get-away at the beach. Well-behaved, quiet pets are welcome. We now have high-speed wireless internet!
