  Great location, friendly staff!

  I was joyfully greeted upon my entry after 6pm, and the staff covered all questions while training in a new employee. Wish I remembered the women's names. Others complimented my dog. Room was very comfortable and cool. Easy in and an easy out! Thanks!

  We enjoyed the hotel, our beautiful room, and a delicious breakfast. We would have given a 5 if wrong room could have been solved by hotel staff without a need to place the call to BringFido to be taken seriously.

  Room was clean and the only problem we had was that the water pressure in the shower was horrible and water never got very hot. Front desk personnel were very friendly, especially Kari who explained that they thought the pressure issued had been corrected. Would definitely stay here again.

  Wonderful accommodations

  Beautiful hotel and staff were very welcoming to us and our boy Hooch. Room was perfect. Such a positive experience in every way. Would give 6 bones if I could ❤️

  Terrific staff but very dated hotel

  Stayed in a king suite. Both room wall heaters put out cold air all night. Couldn’t get them to function properly. Bed cover was a light weight comforter. No extra blankets in room. Loud highway and HVAC units right down below. Not a restful night's sleep.

  Best place for humans and dogs!

  Loved staying here. Very pet friendly, staff were eager and happy to meet their furry clientele. Loved the bones and cookies on prominent display at the front desk. The room was very spacious, clean and attractive. Bed was very comfortable. La Quinta has a policy of accepting pets for free in some of its hotels! We will find an excuse to come back!

  Pool was down

  The hot tub was drained and pool was closed for maintenance. We will probably stay there again though. They have a big jar of dog treats at check in counter and doggy bags. It was nice enough for the price. Staff was friendly. Food was decent.

  Awesome hotel and staff!!

  If I could give more than 5 bones I would! Whole place was very clean! Our dog loved it there so much we couldn't get her to leave! Frankie was loved by everyone and there were treats at the desk for her! Tisha even got her a bowl of water when we got there since we're had been in the van for awhile. Tisha was super friendly and very helpful! The beds were comfortable and clean. Their pool was unexpectedly down because they are going to renovate it so the Home2 Suites next door allowed us to use their pool. Kimmie was very helpful at checkout and Carrie made an amazing breakfast! We loved it there so much that we thought about staying a second day just to relax there!! I highly recommend staying here!

  Excellent hotel for the price - convenient location, very pet friendly, clean, desk person was friendly. Only slight downside, the hotel was FILLED with youth basketball players. The kids were fine, the adults sat near the lobby and drank, they were exceptionally noisy. At some point, the desk person shut them down so it ended up fine.

  The first room we went into which was at the end of the hall and perfect for easy access to the stairs was still dirty when we went in. We were loved right above the lobby with loft type walkway to see the lobby. Our poor girl kept hearing the noises from breakfast and check out that she was up all morning. People were wonderful, but just needed more thought on where to put pups.

  I do a lot of traveling and spend a lot of time in hotels. The lady that checked us in what is the nicest and friendliest hotel employee I have ever met. And even more important she was extremely nice to my dog. Six bones for this hotel.

  Great Pet Hotel, EH for 2 legged

  Reserved a KING size pillowtop mattress and ended up with a "maybe" queen size sunken in middle mattress. Room was good size, possibly because it was accessible. They are very pet friendly, which was a plus for my 105lbs puppy. When questioned about my room at check-in, excuses were made that the reservation number reserved the wrong room (lame excuse because I BOOKED ON LINE AND MY RESERVATION STATES KING). For being a rewards member, no recognition at all (not that it makes anything better, but the other hotel rewards programs at least acknowledge it). It was definitely an "EH" stay, and that might be giving it some based on bed quality.

  Really Great Stop

  the laquinta staff were super friendly and helpful. the room was super nice. there were restaurants surrounding the hotel. the breakfast was continental. that’s fine. there’s a bob Evan’s and Waffle House nearby. the only minor thing was that the hotel had only caffeinated pop - nothing non caffeinated except for water and juice. (Minor!!) hotel was very nice!!

  So happy we took a break here with our dog. Nice grassy hill area next to the hotel. Food close by. We enjoyed our stay.

  This place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Nice area for walking the dogs and they had bags for cleaning up after the dogs. No extra fee for dogs. We will definitely stay here again.

  Great Overnight Stay

  We had a great overnight stay. Every staff member wore a mask and there was hand sanitizer present in the lobby. No hot breakfast, but was offered a bagged breakfast full of food and hot coffee. We had an executive King room and it was very comfortable. The room was not the cleanest hotel room, but it was certainly not dirty. Just dust and wear and tear on the room. Our only negative is there is not a large area for dogs to run around or walk. we stayed only a night so this was not a big deal. the hotel is clean, affordable, and is a great location off the highway. If we every travel through again we would stay another night.

  Good location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice room, fairly clean but they need to pay more attention to detail in the bathrooms. There was still toothpaste stuck to the counter from previous guests and the edges of the floor were dusty/dirty. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to find adequate grassy areas to walk the dogs next to the hotel. I would stay here again.
