The Rutledge Inn welcomes two pets of any size in designated rooms for an additional $20 per pet, per stay. Guests traveling with pets will be assigned rooms on the ground floor. Jacuzzi Rooms are not pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are allowed. Well-behaved pets may be left unattended in rooms, but housekeeping will not enter the room. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

The only good thing about this place was the grassy area for the dogs. The entire property smelled like cigarettes. The hotel is run down and not very clean. I stopped to get out of a storm. If there had been anything else nearby I would have forfeited my money and left.

Clean, quiet room with a bed, TV, AC, and a hot shower. It’s not the nicest hotel in the world. But it works. There was plenty of grass around to let your dog do its business.
