Oak Shores Campground
Controlled dogs are allowed at Oak Shores Campground, but they must be kept on a leash (6' max length) when outside your vehicle. All pets must be registered at the office. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. State law prohibits pets in the lake or on the beach. Pets are not allowed in any building, in the pool area, on beaches, or in Little Tikes? playground area. Pets are to be walked in the designated areas only. Pet excreta must be cleaned up immediately. Pets creating a disturbance or those threatening to other campers may be removed from the Park. Description
Oak Shores Campground sits on the shores of beautiful Knickerbocker Lake. Knickerbocker Lake offers fishing, boating, and swimming. The campground offers 248 sites that can accommodate almost any size and type of camping unit from tents to class A recreational vehicles with slide outs to park models with screen rooms. They offer a variety of sites including lake front and beach front sites, pull-through sites, shady and sunny sites, 30 amp and 50 amp sites. All sites have water and electric and include a picnic table and fire ring. Most sites have sewer hookup. The average site size is 30' x 50'. Some sites are equipped with a concrete patio. Facilities include paved roads, a camp convenience store, modern bath houses, WiFi, LP, ice, live bait, and coin laundry. Amenities include playground areas, recreation hall, hot whirlpool for adults, game and play room, basketball court, volleyball court, picnic pavillion, tennis court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, boat rentals, and more!
