Windsor Place RV Estates is located in the rolling Hills of East Texas where the winters are mild and pleasant. When you arrive, you are greeted by name and escorted to your site. When you wake up in the morning you will be greeted by the sounds of birds in the trees and the smell of fresh coffee brewing. Phase I of their construction has 46 sites which can accommodate RV's or Park Home/Cottages. All sites have full hookups (electric, water, sewer) and are 44 feet wide and 60 feet long with a 40 foot long concrete pad, an 8 X 20 Storage/Hobby Room which is plumbed for Washer/Dryer and is attached to your two vehicles covered garage. There is plenty of parking for extra vehicles, boats, etc. Each site has a privacy fenced in yard for your small pets. Interior roads are super wide (50 feet), for easy placement of your RV/Park Home/Cottage.
