The Cozy Poolside Suite is located poolside with master suite, full large bath w/ tub shower, high ceilings, extra office/library for 3rd person or perhaps 2 small children, and vintage (7cu ft-medium sized) fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea tray. It has its own private entrance poolside. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the "library" books with many classics, art books, and children's books, during your stay! The Guesthouse Cabin is a stand alone private large guesthouse dwelling w/ high pitched ceilings, hand-hewn fir trusses, elmwood floors, granite/slate counters, private large deck, new private fire pit, comfy bedding, master suite, fully equipped kitchenette w/ all large appliances, dining (seats 10) area, entertainment area includes full cable, free hi speed wifi, and surrounding views for miles! There's a NEW gel foam queen sleeper-hi end sofa bed that is uber comfy with fold out platform foam mattress not your usual sofa bed! Great for hosting an additional couple or even older adults!
The bedroom is very spacious (approximately 20 feet across) with high ceilings. It features a comfortable king-size bed as well as a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, making it suitable for multiple guests.
The unit offers a large private deck and a fully equipped kitchen for guest use.
The property provides stunning views of the canyons of the Colorado River (not mountain views). Guests also benefit from a private easement to the river, including access to a pier and a private beach.Room Amenities
