The Holiday Inn Nürnberg City Centre by IHG was newly built in 2005 and opened on 22 January 2005 in the old part of the City of Nuremberg. Quietly and absolutely centrally located close to the medieval city wall and the church St. Jacob. The hotel in country-house style provides a high standard of accomodation and offers 220 rooms as well as sauna Gym 2 restaurants and 2 bars. It provides a plane conference area with 8 meeting rooms varying from 40 to 195 square metres each of them with daylight. All the rooms and the conference area have adjustable air conditioning and feature high-tech facilities like WLAN and ISDN equipment. The hotel offers also underground parking with 100 parking spaces. The distance from the hotel to the underground leading to Nuremberg Central Station Airport and Trade Fair Centre is not more than 100 steps.
