I was treated well and so were my two cats! The rooms were spacious and clean. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not being a pet friendly room, but the furniture was arranged in a very pet safe way too! It eliminated small hiding holes and access behind and under furniture! Even better, the huge windows had big ledges that my cats could lounge on and look outside! I definitely feel comfortable taking my cats with me to another Hyatt soon!

Property was very clean when we stayed in February 2022. There is plenty of grass surrounding the hotel and across the street in the mall parking lot. The parking lot was well lit at night for walks. Rooms were spacious.

We LOVE the fact that you are English Bulldog friendly!! They greeted our whole family, instructed us in pet-friendly areas (we were aware as this facility is our go-to lodging in St. Lou). The Sunday am front desk person learned how to make a "Puppuccino".
