I’m a new dog owner so I’m pretty protective of my two little shihpoos. I have a routine before I let my dogs out to roam the roam - to search the floor for any potential problems they could digest. I get on my knees and check under the beds etc. I found some leftover nut shells, about a dozen (I honestly don’t know what type of shells, I’ve never seen them before). Once I cleaned those up the room and hotel was actually nice. I would recommend this hotel, but I just couldn’t give it 5 bones, seeing they missed these shells that I know my dogs would have got into.

So far on our travels from Florida to California, we have really loved the My Place hotels. They are equipped with full size refrigerator, a stove and a REAL coffee pot. Comfortable beds, sparkling clean bathrooms, and plenty of yard with grass to walk the dogs. We have been very happy with our stay at My Place Bismarck.

The place was your typical hotel, just fine, so happy they allow dogs. We had a cleanliness issue and Cal went way above and beyond to address it. Very happy with our first time at a My Place hotel.
