      Messed up our reservation

      We made our original reservation through BringFido. After getting the confirmation email, I noticed I messed up the date we were leaving. Tried to make the change by using the link at the bottom of the confirmation email - "View and Edit in Trips". So, I called and emailed BringFido, and was told that I would have to call the hotel directly. I was also told that the room I had reserved did not allowed dogs, and had to switch. After contacting the hotel, the new room was twice as much. But I went ahead with the change. I asked them to send me a new confirmation. After 2 days, I contacted the hotel, because I still hadn't received the confirmation. Good thing I did, because, they showed the reservation had been cancelled on line, which I never did. Needless to say, I did not make a new reservation.
