Both dogs and cats are allowed. Well-behaved pets may be left unattended if the 'Do Not Disturb' sign is on the door, but they must be crated for housekeeping services. Pet amenities include treats, disposable gloves, and waste bags. There is a designated mulch relief area on the property and a grassy spot a half a block away.
