The decor and seasonal touches are endearing. They do not allow dogs on bed. Very easy check-in and attached restaurant.

Towing a cargo trailer, two dogs, long haul fatigue - could have been rough but it was wonderful! We never actually met host, but had a couple of very pleasant phone conversations with him. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable memory foam bed. No noticeable fragrances/perfumes, which can be aggravating in some other pet-friendly places. Highly recommend!

Little town with a population of 2,572, but wonderful people (100 percent that we met were friendly). Our room was very clean and very large. Our name was on the room that we were given, the door was unlocked, and the key was on a table by the window. Our greeting was via text message, but it had plenty of information in it and was quite friendly. There is a very nice park less than a mile away and dogs are very welcome there. For dinner, we chose Simple Simon's Pizza directly across from the street from the inn. Looked at the menu on line and I walked over and ordered two regular calzones. I'm used to a calzone that fits on a paper plate. Huge mistake! Each was the size of the diagonal length of a large pizza box. On top of that, it was delicious, perhaps the best I've had! Give them a try and you'll be glad you did. We would detour at least 25 miles off our route to stay there again!
