The hotel has maintained many of the original features throughout its history over 200 years. Picturesque Beaulieu is an ideal location from which to explore the delights of the new forest. Bucklers hard the historic shipbuilding village where Lord Nelsons fleet was built and Exbury Gardens garden of the year 2001 are just a short drive away. The nearby town of Lymington with direct access to the solent and Isle of Wight offers a range of facilities including boutique lined cobbled hillside streets. The terrace restaurant and an oak paneled dining room overlooking the beautiful English garden provides a unique and elegant setting in which to enjoy the sublime and innovative flavors of the menu. Fresh local and seasonal produce combine in an inspiring array of dishes which will stimulate all palates. Local meats game and seafood feature on the menu throughout the year according to seasonal availability or try the Monty*s Brasserie. Monty*s is decorated in a style in keeping with the building which can trace its origins back to the 17th century. It offers hand pulled local ales and an excellent choice of wines. The brasserie is renowned for its approach to home cooked food blending traditional and European influences.
