The 24 bedrooms and suites over four floors have been designed to suit the needs of the single business person and also the couple seeking a refuge from their own personal rat race where they can escape into a luxurious and stimulating environment to unwind. Each bedroom has a king-size double-sprung divan bed with the finest French long combed satin cotton sheets and huge sumptuous pillows. The American walnut floors conceal under floor heating sensitively controlled to be warm underfoot when guests get out of bed in the morning. The Cerise the restaurant and bar is where inspirational eating and drinking is driven by a passion for food and drink. A menu that follows the seasons is selected using the local producers wherever possible providing an exceptional level of quality. This hotel was built in 1911 and remodeled in 2006.
