Inn at Grand Glaize has a lovely view of Lake of the Ozarks. The lobby is lovely. The rooms and balconies are shabby, dirty and poorly furnished. The pub was closed. The lobby restaurant was open. We were alone there. The food and service were great! Big surprise. Our Chihuahua was treated cordially. There were no extras.

I checked into this hotel based on their website advertising and onsite restaraunt, pool bar, jacuzzi and location. When i got there, the pool bar was closed, restaraunt was closed, jacuzzi was cold, my room smelled like mildew and the light over the mirror in bathroom was burned out. Front desk they could understand my dissapointment, however they did not offer to move me rtoo another room. Was not a pleasant experience. They shouldve shown on their website that everything was closed.
