Description
Cape Escape is set in Pacific City, 28 km from Lincoln City. Every room is equipped with a TV and DVD player. Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the sea or mountain. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Dogs are also welcome. Please inform The Tuscany 256 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Rosswood Propertiesa\u0080\u008b will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. The full amount will be charged at time of booking. The destination fee will serve as the damage waiver for the stay.
