Park Place

Park Place is set in Rockaway Beach, 32 km from Cannon Beach. All rooms are fitted with a TV with satellite channels. Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the sea or mountain. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Pets are also welcome. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 40016 Big Bear Blvd., 92315 Big Bear Lake. Please inform Lake Pines Vacation Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Big Bear City ordinances, if the reservation is cancelled the additional tourism fee, service fee, and its corresponding taxes are non-refundable. All reservations will require either a nonrefundable $39 + tax per stay damage protection fee OR a large per stay security deposit, $50 of which will be a nonrefundable administrative fee. The security deposit must be paid by cashier's check. The property management will provide necessary documentation after completing reservation. Guests need to provide a valid billing address so the card can be charged to hold the room. Check-in is after 4:00 pm on non-Holiday dates and 5:00 pm on Holiday dates. Earlier check-in based on availability and charges may apply. Check-In Requirements: Valid photo identification Credit card used to reserve Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Renter must be present during entire stay. Please inform property manager of all guests including children. Each accommodation is licensed to sleep a maximum amount of people and cars per city/county ordinances and is non-negotiable. A rental agreement will be sent after reserving and must be signed and returned within 24 hours. Primary guest may not assign any interest in the rental agreement or sublet any portion of the property without written permission of property manager. After the rental agreement has been signed, additional emails will follow providing valuable information meant to assist in preparing you for your stay. Within your rental agreement you will have the opportunity to purchase additional items such as travel insurance, firewood, and other miscellaneous services. City ordinance forbids large events or parties, including fraternity and sorority, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, etc.
