Set in Shell Point Village in the Florida region, Villa Citrus features a terrace. Guests may enjoy the free WiFi throughout the property. The holiday home includes 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee machine. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 10:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Persimmon Ridge House 3559 Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is cancelled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable
