Situated in Eagle River, Eagle Peak Guesthouse provides accommodation with free WiFi, seating area and flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. Guests can check-in anytime after 2:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 12:00 noon. Both dogs and cats are welcome. The payment confirmation e-mail will provide contact information for the professional property manager. The property manager will provide information on optional services that may be available and information on pet charges if bringing a pet to a unit designated as Pet Friendly. The property manager will send instructions for check in and directions to the vacation rental upon booking. The vacation rental uses either a door code or lock box, so guests will go directly to the vacation rental on day of check-in. Guests will receive terms and conditions from the professional property manager stating that with the booking guests have accepted their terms and conditions and will abide by those terms. Taxes and fees and service charges include County taxes, a cleaning fee, an agency booking fee assessed by the local property manager and a damage waiver that covers in the event of accidental damage to the property. The minimum age to rent this home is 25 years of age. ID may be requested at check-in.
