Homes with pools have a pool maintenance fee and homes with hot tubs have a one-time hot tub cleaning fee assessed by the local property manager. A per person fee may be charged at certain condo associations. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. ID may be requested at check-in.
