The Current Iowa Autograph Collection
The Current Iowa Autograph Collection allows two pets up to 25 lbs for an additional fee of $50 per stay (for stays of 10 days) and an additional $10 per night (for stays of 10 days and more). Both dogs and cats are welcome and may be left unattended in rooms. A map of dog-friendly areas is provided at check-in and a dog wash is located on each floor. Guests that book the pet package will receive a bowl, treats, and bedding. There is a designated grassy area with waste stations on site. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

No real place nearby for my dog to do her business. For the price, I was surprised no one offered to help with luggage. Valet parking was self parking (actually fine) and my room was very chic. I probably wouldn’t stay again based on value and services.

My dog and I enjoyed the stay at the Current. Every staff was so friendly and helpful. I was moving cross county with my dog and had 3 huge suitcases as well as my dog's food and belongings. They were so helpful watching my dog while I was moving my stuff out of the car and checking in at the reception. The hotel is very modern and kept clean. Room was also comfortable and my dog also loved staying there. Really felt the southern hospitality throughout the stay. If I ever drive through Iowa again, I'd definitely stay at the Current.
