This hotel is off Highway 114 and within a 6-minute drive of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The completely smoke-free hotel offers a free airport shuttle and rooms with a refrigerator. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 12:00 noon. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Pecan House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of $300 is required when you book. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
