I have tried this location 4 times and this was the worst, they have no grass to walk the dogs, theres a park with no grass about 100 yards away, if you attempt to use the front area that is only about 2" x 4" next to a very busy avenue with cars driving about 50 - 60 miles per hour.
it was free of charge and now that is owned by Wyndham they have a charge per night not per stay, Matilda cost me $1,500 pesos the equivalent to $85 USD.
I will not recommend this Hotel, try the downtown location.

Safe Stay: CHN Hotel Monterrey Norte Trademark Collection by Wyndham has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Count on Us (Wyndham) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks. This property does not require health documentation at check-in.
