You will love this charming cute little get away. Perfect for those that want to unwind and get away from the rat race. Just 10 minutes to the South Fork of the American River. Raft, hike or fish this river. Historic Coloma State Park where the Gold Rush began is just 15 minutes away. Wineries are located on Hwy 49. Shop for Antiques in Placerville, visit Apple Hill in October. So many things to do all within 30 minutes of this home. Relax, read a book on the covered deck and listen to the wildlife in the area. Or stargaze in the open night air.
Unplug from the wires, detatch from technology and come spend some time in the Gold Country. House is wheelchair accessible. Master Bath Shower can accommodate a wheelchair. This is Horse Country. Cronin and Magnolia Ranch are 15 minutes away. Bring your horse to ride the 100 acres of trails. Red Hawk Casino is nearby and Lake Tahoe is an hour away. San Francisco is 3 hours away. Sacramento International an hour drive.
