Location:
Located 5 minutes from downtown and University of Iowa. 3.3 miles from Kinnick Stadium. House is additionally off of the bus route.
Amenities:
3 bedroom ranch, one full bathroom and one .5 bathroom on main floor - additional toilet in basement. House sleeps six in beds - two queen beds and two twin beds. Additionally there are extra long, extra deep couches upstairs as well as a large sectional in the basement that would allow for 10 guests. Garage parking. Recently updated and furnished. House is lived in when not being rented out (this just means that the closets and dressers will have clothes in them) Baby friendly. One bedroom is a nursery but trundle bed can be moved to bedroom upon request. Workout equipment also available.
