Summary:
This spacious single story 3-bedroom 2 bath home is located on the west side near the border of Rio Rancho, Albuquerque and Corrales. The home is equipped with all of the amenities that you need for a pleasant stay. The home is very close to Intel and Haynes park. You will have access to the entire home with the exception of a closet master. The neighborhood is very quite and you will see lots of neighbors out for walks in the mornings and evening.
The Space:
The Space
Kitchen: The Kitchen is loaded with cooking essentials like pots & pans, cooking and eating utensils, oils and spices, baking sheets, Strainers & servings bowls Crock-pot, and many other essential items. The kitchen has a lot of space with beautiful wood floors and gorgeous counters.
Living Room: The living room has lots of seating and a 50 inch television with Roku. There is good lighting with the shaded windows and a patio door that provides access to the backyard.
Primary bedroom: Primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with 2 nightstands and lamps, plus an armoire and large chest of drawers for storing clothes. There is an overhead fan to provide air movement and keep cool in the summers. The primary bathroom features his & hers sinks and a bath shower combo. There is a door that gives direct access to the backyard. There is no access to the primary bedroom closet.
Bedroom #2: The guest bedroom features a Queen bed with a nightstand and lamp, plus a chest of drawers to store clothes. There is a spacious walk in closet.
Bedroom #3 The third bedroom functions as an office with sleeping available on the comfortable futon. This space is perfect for getting some work done or for a good night of rest.
Laundry room- The walk in laundry room features a modern Whirlpool washer and dryer.
Backyard - The backyard is large and features a covered porch with comfortable seating as well as an outdoor grill.
Garage - There is no access to the garage for guests.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a closet in the primary bedroom and the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Great Family neighborhood with parks, restaurants, and fun nearby attractions. The home is very close to Haynes park, Intel, Corrales and the Cottonwood Mall area. Our guests love the location of this home!
Grocery Stores
Nearby the neighborhood offers several grocery stores including Smiths, Sprouts, Albertson's, Costco and Walmart.
Restaurants
There are dozens of local restaurants that offer amazing food at reasonable prices. Some of our favorite restaurants in Rio Rancho include Joe's Pasta House, Turtle Mountain Brewing, Lily & Liam Bistro, and El Agave Family Mexican Restaurant.
There are also several great restaurants minutes down the road in Corrales including Indigo Crow Cafe, Hannah & Nate's & Village Pizza. I highly recommend spending some time here!
Shopping
The Cottonwood mall is just minutes down the road on NM 528. You will find loads of shopping in this area.
Parks
Haynes Park, Pool and Community Center is located just 5 minutes from the home. This is a wonderful park to go swimming, play recreations sports, relax, or BBQ at.
If you have little ones with you I highly recommend you take the to "A park Above" which is one of the largest kids parks in the state, and is loaded with cool playground sets.
Horseback Riding
Red Horse Riding Company in Corrales offers horseback riding for all ages. Rides start at $100 per person
Getting Around:
While a personal vehicle is recommended Rio Rancho & Albuquerque offer many modes of public transportation. You may also choose to use Uber or Lift. The fair estimate for Uber from Albuquerque International Airport to our home is approximately $50.
Other Things to Note:
- Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in which ever is sooner.
- $3,000 accidental damage protection included in every Stay! Although rare, accidents do happen even while we are on vacation. Historically, this was managed with a big security deposit, which can lead to very awkward and unpleasant conversations when the vacation rental manager needed to withhold deposit lot damages. With Security Deposit Waiver, accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded such as but not limited to smoking inside the unit, intentional damage. pet damage, and willful violations of house Rules. Guest is responsible for damage not covered by the damage waive and for amounts exceeding $3,000. Final claims subject to approval from underwriter. • Property may have exterior cameras and an anti-party Noise Aware Device.
• Local guests (Within 50 miles of property) must request approval to book prior to booking.
• There is no Access to the Garage for guests and one closet in the house.
• The evaporative cooler is connected approximatley May through October. During the Early Spring and late fall AC may not be available.
Pet Policy
• Pet Fee - $200 per pet. Dogs only with 25 lbs. weight limit. No other pet types allowed.
House Rules:
•No local guests allowed within 50 miles of property
• Must be 25 years of age to book
• Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am
• No Cats or other animals. Dogs Allowed for Pet fee. (See Pet fee and weight restrictions in 'Other things to Note' Section
• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind.
• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.
Covid Restrictions
• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
• Multiple guests per room limited to 'Same household' only.
