This facility is a -10. DO NOT stay here. Filthy beyond words. Should not even be open to the public. I was offered my money back.

Our room was really run down - cracked door, leaking bathtub faucet. And due to Covid there was no breakfast. Space to walk dog is across the parking lot. The staff was nice and the suite gave us plenty of room.

Other than the staff being less than friendly , the hotel itself was not exactly the best place to bring our fur babies. The dog fee and price of stay is decent, but There are no designated doggy potty spots yet lots of grassy areas . The grass was littered with trash, cigarette butts, beer bottles, bottle caps , and other dogs bathroom gifts. The rooms were not clean . There were burn holes on the floor, mattress, and bedding , on top of some awful looking stains of fluid everywhere in the room. (Luckily we travel with Lysol and Clorox) As usual we always keep a do not disturb sign on the door because of the dogs . When I asked politely to exchange sheets and towels the lady came back saying that I had the sign on the door and she couldn’t exchange . I explained I wasn’t blaming her and would like to just exchange and she was rude . The two cleaning ladies actually got in an argument cussing at guests and I physically had to stand between one of them to get them to let the guest leave (he was in the wrong but so were they). As being a “dog friendly “ hotel , the staff making a scene jumping, hollering , or running when I had my dogs leashed, controlled, and quietly walking to the exit did not make us feel welcome . Would not stay again.
