Bear Hollow offers direct access to Park City's extensive cycling and hiking trails, as well as the complimentary free shuttle service through High Valley Transit or the Park City free bus. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or group getaways.

Just a few steps up, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, offering a wonderful area for culinary creations and shared meals. With a double oven, toaster, coffee pot, blender, dishes, glassware, pots/pans, and utensils, dining at home is a breeze. The breakfast bar seats three, while the dining table accommodates six. Conveniently located off the kitchen are the washer and dryer, and a half bathroom.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a deck complete with a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, along with a gas BBQ for al fresco dining.
Luxurious Bedrooms and Loft
On the upper level, you'll discover three spacious bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower, a ceiling fan, and a 55” Smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a 43” Smart TV, sharing a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which offers a twin bunk bed and a 43” Smart TV. A raised and self-inflatable Twin Air Bed is also available.
The loft space adds versatility with a Twin-sized sleeper sofa, a desk with a computer and printer, and additional seating, providing a quiet nook for work or relaxation.
Cozy Den/Bedroom and Entertainment
Downstairs, you'll find a bedroom/den with an ensuite full bathroom (shower only). This space features a couch that converts into a Queen-sized sleeper, a 55” Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and extra seating, making it a cozy retreat for sleeping and lounging. A Queen Air Bed is also available for use in lieu of a sofa bed if desired.
Modern Connectivity and Comfort
Enjoy FREE WiFi throughout the home, along with full heating and central air-conditioning for year-round comfort. All Smart TVs in the living room, den, primary bedroom, and other bedrooms are ready for your streaming needs, allowing guests to log in to their own apps for personalized entertainment.
Additional Amenities
The 2-car garage provides ample space for two vehicles, along with a boot and glove dryer for wet skiing clothes, a ski rack, and two bicycles with helmets. Additional parking for two cars is available in the driveway. NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking.
Bear Hollow Clubhouse Access
During your stay, you'll have full access to the Bear Hollow Clubhouse, featuring a pool (available in the summer season), an additional hot tub, a fitness center, and kitchen/dining and office facilities.
Pet-Friendly Stays
For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance before arriving at the home. Maximum of two dogs. Other restrictions may apply.
EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
