The apartment has a full kitchen, television, internet, air conditioning, and a balcony where Fido can get some fresh air! Linens and towels are provided. Bicycles are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 7 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 11 am.

Private Bungalow in Dfw
This is a large single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bathroom. It is separate from our home living space so there is privacy. Has it's own entrance and parking with a large wood deck outside the door. Located just 10 mins. south of DFW airport and right next to the entertainment district in Arlington. Easy access to Dallas or Ft. Worth. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. There is a private gate entrance that you will have a code for and can come and go as you please without having to come through the main residence. Neighborhood overview Quiet older neighborhood with lots of trees and large lots. We are on a 1 acre lot and the studio is located in the back half acre. Getting around We are located near all the major highways central to the DFW metroplex and just minutes from the airport. Uber and taxi service is abundant if you are flying in.
