Ideally situated on the beachfront in Lorikeet Drive with private beach access onto Peregian's pristine beach. Only a ten minute walk to the Peregian village, with its restaurants, patisseries, fashion houses and patrolled beach. A Fifteen minute drive along the coast takes you to Hastings Street Noosa.
The house accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms over two levels and sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 Queen Beds, and 2 King Single Beds. Living areas are found on both levels which open through bi-folds onto extensive decking (upper level) and covered areas (lower level). The kitchen is fully equipped.
