Big house with 2 buildings with large private swimming pool with beautiful gardens. Located right in town in a peaceful area, just 4 blocks away to the amazing swimming beach surrounded by palm trees. The property is rented to one group at a time so nothing is shared with other guests.
Perfect for groups of 5 to 11 guests.
Carrillo is rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and it is awarded with the 5 star ecological blue flag.
Our property is very peaceful and quiet even though it is centrally located.
Walkable to 5 restaurants and 2 grocery stores.
The property offers 3 bedrooms in the main building and 2 bedrooms in the second building for a total of 5 bedrooms with air conditioning.
The minimum amount required to book is 5 guests even though we also host less than 5 people who would like to have a large place to enjoy on vacation. Please enter the total amount in your group to get the accurate quote for your group size. If you are less than 5 and still would like to book it please feel free to do so.
AT REQUEST FOR THE GUEST: We provide personal laundry service for stays longer than 4 nights. We just ask for a small tip for the maid.
We offer beach towels.
We recommend having a vehicle for more comfort. Samara is less than 10 minutes away by car.

The main building offers
1. One bedroom with a King sized bed and its own bathroom.
2. One bedroom with a Queen sized bed/a single bed and a shared bathroom
3. One bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a shared bathroom.
In this area we offer a family room perfect for little children to be entertained with coloring books or toys.
For the infants we offer a pack and play and lots of beach toys for toddlers and children.
Infants stay for free.
4. Full kitchen, living room, dining room and large terraces with lots of space and furniture, perfect for your family and friend gatherings.
The building right next to the main house offers
1. One bedroom with a King sized bed plus a single bed and its own bathroom
2. One bedroom with a King sized bed and its own bathroom
ALL 5 bedrooms have air conditioning. The common areas DO NOT offer Air Conditioning. We offer ceiling fans in ALL the areas.
The building with the additional 2 large bedrooms does not offer social areas like kitchen or living room. The main house offers ALL the social areas for the group gatherings and meals.
Both buildings are next to each other and they both have access to a large swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens and green areas. Beautiful landscape with flowers with lots of trees, humming birds and butterflies.
We offer parking for up to 3 vehicles inside the property. The property is ALL fenced in and it is private and quiet with lots of nature, creating a very peaceful feeling and that is why we called it OASIS.
The house offers a full kitchen with ALL appliances and utensils for cooking and for preparing your favorite cocktails, a spacious living room with two sofas and one chair to have your family gatherings, we offer an inside dining area with a table and an outside dining table, a large patio with chairs and coffee table overlooking the gardens, the forest and the swimming pool. You can choose to eat inside or outside by the veranda. In this area we also offer a Weber barbecue if you feel like having a parrillada.
The highlight of this property is the outside living space with an amazing setting for the swimming pool surrounded by lots of nature and privacy where you can admire many different species of birds, iguanas and howler monkeys.
We offer cleaning from Mondays through Fridays. The cleaning includes the laundry if you request it. Just please tip the staff for this service.
We also offer breakfast upon request and it has an additional fee. Let us know if you need this service at least one week before your arrival.
We rent per night (usually for up to 7 nights) Please inquire if you need a longer stay. We can accommodate you if we have availability.
Welcome longer stays for up to 30 nights in our low season. Our low season is from May to October.
A smaller sized group is welcomed if you have less than 5 guests as long as you pay for the minimum amount of people to book the whole place which is 5 and nothing will be shared if you decide to stay with us. We have lots of couples who stay who love a big place to themselves.
Please always let us know the total amount of people we will be hosting.
From our location you can walk to 4 restaurants within 2 to 4 blocks away.
Hula Jungla 2 blocks
El Colibri and los Delfines 3 blocks
La Puesta del Sol and Restaurante Nammbu are 4 blocks
There is a grocery store 2 blocks away and one other one called La Guaria with everything you may need and it is 3 blocks away.
The beach is at least a 10 minute walk (NOT FLAT but HILLY, not for the faint at heart) or 4 blocks away and most vacationers prefer to have a vehicle to take a cooler with beverages and beach toys, beach towels and chairs although it is not required if you have a shuttle from the airport for the whole group and love to walk once you get to the house.
All reservations accepted with any size of group will have the property private to themselves.
The reservation must have the total amount of people we will host and no other guests who are not registered and paid for will be allowed in the property.

Our rate is based on 5 guests. We have a special rate per additional guest and we will accommodate up to 11 people comfortable.
We do not allow events in our property like weddings or fiestas. You can do your birthday celebrations and play music and have fun but no events are allowed where there are other guests invited.
A description of our town
Carrillo Beach (not to be confused with the Carrillo county) has a small community with great restaurants and a couple of stores and it is less than 10 minutes by car from the well known Samara Beach.
This beach was awarded with the 5 star ecological blue flag, only a total of 5 beaches qualified in the whole country for the top rating with 5 stars they went though a program of qualifying great ocean water and potable water plus cleanliness of the town and efficient recycling programs in the community.
The beach is ideal for swimming and absolutely beautiful surrounded with palm trees and lots of shade throughout the whole day.
Most of the homes around Villa Oasis are residential. In our street called Oasis (named after our home) there are about 10 other homes for permanent friendly residents and 2 other rental homes for families.
From our location you can walk to 5 amazing restaurants within 2 to 4 blocks away.
There are also a couple of tour companies in town to help you arrange your activities, one is called Octopus Costa Rica and it is recommend for the dolphin tours and a wonderful ocean experience.
Water activities are the highlights of our town. Anything from swimming, going for a dolphin and whale tour, fishing for inshore and offshore, kayaking and paddle boarding, snorkeling at Punta Indio and Isla Chora or just taking an adventure to the jungle by ATV or side by sides to swim in a waterfall and have a barbecue in a secluded paradisiac white sand beach.
Everyone is friendly in our community and happy to provide great service for people visiting the area.
Samara offers lots of restaurants in front of the water and lots of souvenir shops. There are a handful of tour operators that offer great activities for adults and children.
Carrillo also offers a Gym with instructor, a horse back riding tour guide named Luis Angel that is fantastic and two grocery stores where you can find absolutely everything you may need on vacation from fruits to liquor and wine.
Playas del Sur and Roble that also belong to our town offer a paradisiac experience with a small waterfall flowing right into the sand in the months of May through November and lots of tide pools.
One of the highlights of Carrillo is walking the whole beach which is 2 kilometers long or 4 kilometers round trip. The walk is easy and you will see lots of species of birds including Kingfishers, lots of egrets and scarlet macaws. The gentle walk provides so much beauty. A lot of people like to do this walk early in the mornings to see the sunrises or some may prefer to go for a sunset cruise and swim. If you feel adventurous you can walk all around the Punta Indio rock at the North side of the beach.
Carrillo is a very safe town and friendly.
