The location was fine but the facility was badly in need of refreshing and the breakfast was terrible.

Staying here was a pleasant experience. You could not leave your dog in the room alone, however and I thought they had a policy that you could. The rooms were pleasant and with no strong pet smell. Things could have used a little remodeling or maybe a little better maintenance. For instance the paint was chipped in door frames and room doors and doors to the outdoor did not close behind you. There was breakfast with warm potatoes and cheese quesadillas. There were no eggs. Overall a positive experience.

The hotel was exactly what we expected. Very functional for our purposes traveling with 2 Dalmatians. The breakfast was ok, it was fine for our purposes but not exciting.

Fred Basset enjoyed a very restful night at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Los Banos. Although the room was not upscale, it had all the necessary amenities -- mini refer, flat screen TV with satellite, coffee pot and hot shower. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast offered was the normal hot waffles, breads and rolls, cereal, yogurt, some fresh fruit, etc. Okay, but nothing special. The front desk clerk and other staff were friendly and helpful. Fred said he would stay here again when passing through Los Banos.

A few miles from the interstate. All interior rooms. Accepted an additional dog in our room. No special accommodations, ie bowls, for dogs.

Elevator made up for it but we do not like to inconvenience the other guest listening to our happy vocal pups.

We were there the same day, and felt the hotel was great. There were several areas that were available for our dogs to do their business. Rooms were spacious and easy to get in to. The only two downsides dealt with the bathroom door not staying open (had to use a towel to hold the door open) and the breakfast which really was not great compared to other La Quinta's. Friendly stay. Nice pool. Nice hotel.

Yes, they allow pets, but…and it’s a really big but- no pet area, well, actually they have an area, even have pet pooh bags but it is about an 8x8 foot area, dirt with three or four benches around the ashtray. So you either put your dogs in the smoking area or the smokers sit in the poop area, not quiet sure which is grossest…thinking it might be worse for dogs. They hotel is surrounded by concrete walls and dark. Please map the area and look at the satellite view to see what you get. Rooms weren’t bad, but pet friendly only means they accept pets.
