The Braeside Country Inn is nestled on a four-acre hillside site overlooking Pictou Harbour and is located in the centre of Historic Pictou Town (settled in 1773). The Inn is within walking distance of Restaurants Museums Theatre and Boutiques. We offer 18 non-smoking air-conditioned rooms and suites all with private baths phones cable TV and VCRs. The licensed dining room overlooks the harbour specializing in fresh Seafood Prime Rib of Beef and Lamb. Wireless Internet and a high-speed computer are provided for guests use. Banquet and conference facilities are available. Pictou is en route to Cape Breton and Prince Edward Island and 1??? hour*s drive from Halifax International Airport. There are sandy beaches the warmest ocean water north of the Carolinas and golf courses nearby.
