Casa do Comediante On a lake

A new concept of tourism for those who seek rest, tranquility, entertainment and contact with nature.

Casa do Comediante is perfectly located to know both the area of the Ribeira Sacra to 5Km, known for its Cistercian monasteries, wineries, natural landscapes (Sil canyons), boat trips (catamaran), hiking trails, as well as in winter this mountain area 1000 meters above sea level we can enjoy the snow or approach the "Manzaneda Station" at a distance of 25 km where there may be snow for skiing, but almost always at least enough to play with in the months of winter.

The situation of the house with respect to Galicia can facilitate by its perfect location to make excursions to the different important points of the same as it can be less than two hours is "Santiago de Compostela", Rias Bajas, Costa de la Muerte, Rias High, Playa de las Catedrales, Coruña or Vigo.

The house is located in Galicia, in the town of Cerdeira, in the Valle del Navea, in Terras de Trives, between the villages of Castro Caldelas and Puebla de Trives. In front of the Manzaneda mountain station and 5Km away from the Ribeira Sacra, its monasteries, catamaran, wineries, routes, etc. Cerdeira is supposed to have appeared as a result of the passage of the Roman road "Via Nova". The third Roman military road linking Braga and Astorga, which passes by the house.

The house is divided into six apartments, these tourist apartments are part of a traditional building, are carefully restored, with all the comfort to spend a weekend or a few weeks as a family.

The house has six apartments:

- One 2/3 seats, loft type with double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom etc. *.

- Two of 4/5 places, two rooms one of them with extra bed, a bathroom,

- One 4/6 seats, two rooms, and a nice loft with two twin beds,

- One 6/8 beds, three bedrooms, two twin beds and two bathrooms, etc *

- One 8/10 seats, four rooms, two doubles and two triples, two bathrooms, etc *

Etc *: all apartments have their own kitchen, bathroom / s, living room, fireplace, kitchenware, television, bedding, towels, cleaning products and utensils, ironing board, iron, drying rack, hair dryer, etc.

The kitchens are equipped with: microwave with grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, stoves, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, shot glasses, cutlery, paper napkins and rest of basic kitchen utensils.

Clients have access to a laundry area where there is a washing machine at their disposal, soap and softener.

All apartments open onto a large terrace with views of the valley and the mountain in front of the house where they have their garden furniture for breakfast and dinner in the garden. Next to the woodshed there is an area with grill for churrasco.

The house is focused for family tourism to go to Manzaneda, know the Ribeira Sacra and its surroundings or as a center to know Galicia, or the simple rest of walks and baths.

In some of the apartments it is possible to place extra tables and their corresponding chairs for groups that exceed the capacity of the apartment. That is to say meals and meetings in one of the apartments and to sleep each one to yours ... .., consult possible configurations.

The house has a social room where you can meet; board games, two arcade machines, a table football and a billiard table all free for the enjoyment of the little ones for those days of more heat, the siesta time, rainy days, while preparing the meals, or before going to sleep etc. It also has cider pourer and is a perfect place to have a wine at the end of the day before dinner. We also have a table tennis outside.

In front of the apartments there is a quiet and landscaped area, and different routes that leave the house to walk with interesting Roman vestiges that you can meet and visit.

Next to the house is the Via Romana VIA XVIII, 3 km from the Ponte Navea house, the route of the Sequeiros, the route de la fraga, a landscape of special protection.

For the weekends of autumn, winter and spring, we recommend:

- Snow in Manzaneda or ski when the weather permits.

- Hiking trails, Rio Mao, Os Sequeiros., Etc.

- Ribeira Sacra, monasteries, wineries, catamaran, gastronomy.

- The tranquility of the house and do nothing, we have churrasquera.

- Visits to Luis' farm, accompany him with the cows, drink a glass of wine ...

For summer the house has different swimming areas, depending on the tastes and ages of the children:

Beach of the cathedrals, islands Cies, Baiona, the Toja, Santiago de Compostela, Tui, Portugal, the Medulas, etc.

The owner of the house will be happy to provide the routes and organize the day without cost or problem.

On our website there are assemblies in three dimensions to facilitate the understanding of how they are distributed each of the apartments.

To take into account each apartment includes:

Free use of billiards and table football in the social room, and other games.

Information and tourist documentation of the area.

Linens and towels. For stays longer than 6 nights, new sets of sheets and towels will be delivered weekly.

Fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, pans, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, freezer and other kitchen utensils.

In Ourense in the Ribeira Sacra in the valley of the Navea 2 km from the Guistolas reservoir, we have a few kilometers with the route of the monasteries, catamaran and the Ribeira Sacra wineries to entertain us for a few days. We can visit the mountain and the interior of the province of Ourense, central massif, greenhouse mountains, bidueiral Montederramo other days. Or make small excursions after the walk or bath house day. Less than two hours away is Santiago de Compostela, Lugo, Baiona, Cangas and Vigo (boat for Cies (resevar with time)) as well as its beaches. Suitable location as a base to visit different points of the rest of Galicia.

For those who do not want to move much, 5Km supermarket (you can go by bike available) and 7Km Villa de Trives with variety of restaurants and services. Apart from the rest provided by the simple being in the house, from the house you can make different cataloged routes and at 2Km the house has a farm next to the reservoir bathing place and you can enjoy a sea kayak and pedal boat. There are other swimming areas such as the municipal pools of Trives, the natural pools of Castro Caldelas, and the magnificent area of San Cristovo River at 5Km.

By day, pleasant days of summer and night, cool nights designed for our clients who escape the suffocating heat of the Levante, Madrid and other communities.

The house has a lounge with billiards and foosball free for constant entertainment of children. Bikes. And this year finally the ping pong table.
