      Zero bones

      Awful location. I did not check in. This hotel is in the Tenderloin area of San Francisco. It’s like Los Angeles version of skid row. I did not feel safe so I did not check in. Location information should be disclosed. A map does not give an accurate picture.

      Great stay

      Everyone was wonderful, I highly recommend this property. My dog was very happy as well. 🙏🏽

      Love this hotel!

      This hotel exceeded our expectations and we liked it so much we ended up staying an extra night! The front desk operations manager is so nice and when we checked in they gave our dog a treat. There’s a courtyard that our dog enjoyed walking in, a heated pool, and free parking on site. Will definitely be staying here again.
