We really enjoyed our stay here! We received a room with direct access to the outside, had access to all public areas of the hotel with our pup (except the pool and restaurant), and the location is a short walk to the falls and surrounding green space. Upon arrival, we were given a dog goody bag with bags and a water bowl (that we are still using). We were also able to leave our pup in the room while we went for dinner. The receptionist just asked that we informed them, and were reachable if an issue were to occur.

Although the room was a bit tight for space it was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was outstanding. If you enjoy great food in a wonderful ambiance this is for you.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel which has a very cool vibe, lobby, restaurant and pool. The parking is close but note there is an additional fee for parking and pets. I believe we paid $85, in addition to $135 base. The restaurant was terrific for breakfast/brunch. A bit pricy but the service and food were amazing. Rooms are a bit small but very cute and trendy. Loved the old school pink fridge and I am a huge fan of Nespresso coffee pods so was a perfect morning treat. They also have Starbucks coffee in the lobby. I am also a fan of details and the little doggie swag/gift bag was too cute.

Loved it. We were given a room that opened up to a beautiful courtyard so we could take the dog out easily. The hotel also provided a collapsible water dish when we forgot to bring one.

The location in the building absolutely sucked. With a dog, third floor at the back. Took forever to get out. Room sucked, amateur repairs, views of a destroyed parking lot.

Excellent location. Said the BringFido never called but had my reservation. Put me on a 2nd floor and BringFido called and told them of my limited ability. Desk clerk rude. No refrigerator. Restaurant is really good, just pricey. $60. For 2 breakfast.

Room did not reflect high cost paid. Front desk employees were having a disagreement when I checked in... very unprofessional. Very poor to no wifi signal in room. AC unit very loud, could not sleep. Room cards were deactivated before we finished checking out. Could not get back into room to get the dog! High pet fee in my opinion. High parking fee.

Staff are amazing. We have gone to the old stone in now 3 times! Our pup is a big part of my life if I can't take him with me there's a good chance I won't go. This hotel makes traveling to Niagara Falls a great experience. Te hotel rooms are a bit outdated but it's not a big deal in my opinion. The rooms are always so clean! I've stayed in all their rooms and no complaints whatsoever. Easy to take my pup in and out for potty brakes.

It was a very nice hotel. And the puppy swag bags were super cute. It was a nice walk with the pups to the Falls. Our room was 3rd floor over in the pool wing area and it was really hot! I think with puppy guests maybe a 1st or 2ns d floor would be easier to get them out than the 3 Rd floor. But all in all it was very nice and cute.

Booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. Which it doesn’t have a specified area for you to take your pet to relieve themselves. It’s a hike to the falls, seriously. The lobby, the pool area and the little courtyard is the best part of the hotel. Our room was very dated and old and smelled of mold. The carpet was sticky and you did not want to walk on it barefoot. There were no trashcans in the room. The AC leaked and outside the room the cover was falling off. Also got chastised at check in b/c I didn’t book an accessible room (there was no option for accessible room when I booked online) for someone in a wheelchair who couldn’t navigate stairs. Also make sure you know there are several added fees when you check out.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. They have alway accommodated us. A family of 5. And a big dog. I would recommend-this hotel for sure.
The down side. It’s expensive but if you want a nice place for all your family then what money. Lol.
