I appreciate how easy it was to walk out into the airport for our early morning flight. Also, if you take the elevator down to floor 1 and cross the street to the right, the dog potty spot is right there across from door 15. It was spotless both times we visited. The restaurant on floor 7 not very good but they did allow me to bring my girl to the table inside her carrier. The room itself was threadbare and worn out. No refrigerator or microwave. No need to worry about accidents on the carpet. They couldn’t possibly notice any new stains. I will most likely stay there again to avoid a shuttle ride.

Not really conducive to pets in outside area. Nobody picked up their dog’s poop so it was like walking through a mine field.

It was okay. Literally INSIDE the airport terminal. All dogs are given rooms on the 3rd floor. There is a small fenced area for potty purposes but you have to take the elevator to the basement and cross several lanes of cars picking up airport arrivals to get to it. Planes are flying overhead, there is a railway tram above the dog park area and my dogs were terrified by all the noises. Plus there’s only about 15 square feet of grass. Fence is about 2 1/2 feet tall. Easily jumped by a Lab. For those reasons it would not be my first choice next time.

We needed a place to stay with our puppies. It worked out perfect without leaving the airport!

We stayed here because we had an international flight out. Everyone was great. The rooms are very basic but the water pressure was the best! I wish there were closer dog potty areas but we made do with it.
