Both dogs and cats are accepted. Guests with pets are assigned to rooms on the first or third floor. Well-behaved pets may be left in the room unattended if a cell phone number is provided at the front desk. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. They are truly pet friendly, offering dog treats at the front desk, and a dog poop area west of the parking lot. I also found a dog park area in the parking lot next door. Our stay was not perfect (miscommunication with room cleaning staff, our phone was down, and one of the two elevators were down), however staff was kind, courteous and maintenance issues were resolved as soon as possible. Located across the street from Universal which made it easy for us to come back regularly throughout the day to check in on our pup and take her out for breaks etc. Will definitely be back again.
