I was forced to move on to this hotel when my previous hotel gave away my room. BringFido called them and they could not provide a room until check-in time (3:00 PM). I reached them at 4:15 AM. However, my disability would not allow for such a long wait without resting. I continued to drive to my final destination and reached there at 10 AM. With all of this, they refused to refund the cost of my reservation (2 days stay). I will never stay there again.

My babies were treated good no problem they were able to sleep all night. I wanted to give this a 5 stars because they were nice and respectful however the room was dirty. We found a hair on the sheets which just changing sheets would have fixed it but we also found roaches at that point we thought about a refund but it was 2 am. The gentleman working gave us a cleaner room and was nice about it not annoyed considering the time.

Room was very clean and the staff was great. There was a smoker in the vicinity and we had to buy an air purifier in order to not be consumed by the odor of cigarette vapors.

It was a great location and the room is nice. however, you raised your rates and still did not supply the breakfast you advertise. If you can't supp;y it, don't advertise it. Last time you blamed it on the Corona Virus. Fine. your rate was $99., you raised it to $130. and gave me a bottle of water and a Granola bar. PS, it's not the same. If I paid you 80% of your fee in US currency and the rest in counterfeit bills, would you accept it without complaint? Me neither.

My second visit this year. Clean, quiet, plenty of lawn area for your pup to take care of business. Beds are comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay if I’m ever through the area I would definitely stay here again.

This La Quinta was especially suited for a pet stay: laminate flooring, and we were placed close to the first floor exit for easy access. And when we inadvertently left some items behind, the staff worked with us to send them back. Great stay!

Safe Stay: La Quinta by Wyndham Orlando UCF has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Count on Us (Wyndham) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning.
