I evacuated here during Hurricane Ian. I had a good and safe stay but wished I was in the Building #1 where the lobby was Located. This is my 2nd time staying with my 2 dogs at a Rosen Property. I think Rosen Point is the best so far.

I do not understand the good reviews for this hotel. It was pretty awful. The room was dirty - we (actually, the dogs) found lots of bits of food on the floor, as well as two empty drink bottles. The lighting was awful (maybe they don't want you to see the dirt). When we came back after a long day out, we returned to find that our room never had housekeeping. We returned to unmade beds and no clean towels. They eventually brought towels, but didn't offer any apologies for the dirty room and lack of housekeeping. When we inquired if there were any vending machines for water or soft drinks, we were told there was one in the main building, but that it was typically out of order. I will add that we were relegated to the smaller building, across the pool from the main building. It was barely occupied, so I am assuming it is used for "overflow." I gave two bones because the property is gated and the landscaping is well maintained.

This Rosen Inn location was great! Very dog friendly with a large grassy area for the dogs. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and very clean (we know how dog friendly rooms can at times are not clean).

My family and I stayed for 2 nights. The room was cozy. It had everything you needed. The room had a small unpleasant smell but was not that bad.

Location is great right on international drive. Restaurants and gifts shops everywhere. Rooms are very tight if u are traveling with more than 2 people I wouldn’t book this because of small rooms. But up to 2 people is good.
