The staff and hotel were truly lovely. The elevators were a nightmare. The hotel may have been extra busy this particular weekend but trying to get big dogs up & down (to our room & outside to potty) was headache-inducing. The staff was welcoming & were friendly to my dogs which was a nice surprise. My dogs absolutely ate up the attention from them.

Great place to stay with a dog. Staff were friendly and having dogs around was normalized by staff and guests. There is also a small dog area next to the hotel and easy to walk nearby. The issues I had concerned room temperature (and multiple other folks with whom I spoke - at least those staying on the same floor - had similar complaints). The room temperature was at least 80 degrees the whole time. Despite multiple efforts to turn down the thermostat I was unsuccessful. The parking under the building also involved quite a walk. All in all I would stay there again with my dog but will just know that I should plan to stay well hydrated.

The hotel experience as a whole was not the best and especially for fur babies. There’s ONE elevator that brings you from the parking deck to the hotel. There also didn’t seem to be pet friendly floors because our pups barked once and we had a noise complaint.
