NOT DOG FRIENDLY! Selected this hotel by filtering for a dog friendly hotel on the Wyndham App. I reviewed the hotel policy, attached, on dogs which was perfect for our 75lb boxer and we were very happy to pay a $10 dog fee for the overnight stay. I booked and prepaid for the room using the Wyndham app only to be denied the room when we arrived because we had a dog. I ask the attendant to at least refund my payment only to be told I had to call Wyndham customer service for the refund. I called Wyndham customer service for the refund and was transferred then hung up on. I called back and was told I would receive the refund. I'm not so confident I actually will.

The outside of the place is about to fall down, and the inside of the room was surprisingly even more disgusting than the outside. Stains on the bed, hair in the tub, junk on the floors. We quickly called BringFido and sent pictures. Thankfully there was a nearby hotel with acceptable decent accommodations and we were able to get some rest. My niece wandered around the room while we were on the phone saying she was scared. She’s 4. If I could give it negative bones that’s what I would have chosen. Don’t book here. You’re welcome!
