- ChrisJul 2, 2021Still On The First Night And I'm Disgusted
I'm literally in my room now posting this... not a fan of this place already. I chose this hotel under the expectation that I'd expect exceptional service and beautiful rooms. Being on the BringFido app shocked me, but I figured why the heck not... First thing I noticed was the "dog area", if there was one. There isn't. We had to go across the street from the hotel just to get the dogs to do their business. There are no bags provided. No treats. Nothing.
The shower felt good, but that's the only thing good about it. Then, while I enjoy a nice time with a friend at the restaurant downstairs, I get a phone call about my dogs being loud .... AT 8:30 PM .... you know, while it's still day out. Then I go downstairs to the lobby, where while the staff did state the policy, they also were making a suggestion that I take my dogs literally everywhere I go, even to my business appointments because of their whining and such. Forgive me for having dogs with me for heavens sake. I will suggest that this hotel be removed from BringFido. They do not seem to cater to dogs whatsoever, unless there's a charge involved.
Frankly, I'll be honest. Even after the stay ended, I was still nervous about being inside the room because of the dogs potentially barking (other people were making noise elsewhere and no one complained about them), and I should never be.
