I started out with a great review for cleanliness and no issues with staff. Only to come home and check my credit card to see they had charged an extra $116.69 over 3 days on my card 1st day was a $20, 2nd was a $60, and then the 3rd day was a $36.69. I had already paid ahead of time and no damage was done. When I tried to call the front desk hung up on me and I got a voicemail of the "manager". Also never received an e-mail receipt from hotel. Avoid this place if possible.

Not at all pet friendly. I went to get luggage out of my car and was stopped by front desk staff because my dog was barking. This was less than 10 minutes after checking in; I was under the impression that front desk employee wanted me to leave. I will never go back there. Paid $250.00 and was treated like crap.

Staff members were very welcoming to our dog. We were given a nice, clean room, on the first floor, not directly next to other guest rooms and located right next to an exit door that opened to a grassy area. On our next trip from Kansas to Arizona, we’ll be staying here again!

They make you sign a crazy overlawyered form agreeing to be booted out of your room if there is “excessive noise” among other vague pet related terms. They deem “excessive noise” to be dogs barking at loud neighbors when the neighbors are being loud. They don’t regard a bark in the middle of the day as any different than a bark at night. And even the occasional bark triggers them. They literally deactivate your room key whenever they decide that there has been an impermissible bark. We had our room key deactivated when we left our dogs in our room to get dinner at around 6 pm and again the next morning.

This was a great location for us on our trip! The hotel was very clean and seemed like a newer building. It was a busy hotel with lots of people, but very quite in our room. There is some grass near the building. There is also a large field beside the hotel that was great for stretching out legs after a long day of driving. We highly recommend!
