Run down and our room smelled musty and moldy. No elevator to second floor.

The hotel was quite run down and for the price was surprising. There was no designated pet area and every green area had trash or cigarette butts. Just glad it was for one night.

A very comfortable stay in a clean room. Friendly staff and lots of sidewalks and green area. No view out if the room and sparse breakfast offering, but worth the price.

The room was nice, though needing updates. I particularly appreciated the room closest to the side door. I'm wondering if they save the ugly rooms for guests with dogs.

We were on 2nd floor with 2 dogs and no elevator. There was no hot breakfast. I’m always amazed at the dirtiness of the grounds at hotels.

The hotel was on a side street and a little on the older side. Lots of discarded cigarette butts at the North entrance and a strong odor of cigarette smoke there. The room, however, was just fine. We had a view of the garbage from our 2nd floor room but, honestly, we were there to sleep and not gaze out the window. The hotel happens to be across from some sort of tech company with lots of grassy options for dogs. A public ball park (more grass and lots of walking) is another block east.
There were other guests on the same floor that were annoying everyone by holding their social hour in the hallway far too late for our liking. Another guest came out and yelled at them which was awesome! I complained to the front desk about them and they were aware of the situation. The in-room fridge was super noisy so we unplugged it and did them a favor by discarding all the defrosted ice from the over-frosted freezer. I mentioned it to the front desk gal so that housekeeping wouldn't be surprised by all the ice in the tub. For a one night stay, in a generally secure place, it was an alright stay and Finn didn't bark once in the night after we blocked most of the sound from the hallway with a rolled up towel on the floor next to the door.
