The rooms were pretty clean and my dog felt comfortable there. There is a great, large grassy spot out front for dogs to use the restroom. The view of the river is beautiful and the staff was really friendly.

Easy to access from the highway. Huge green space with little or no traffic which is great for off leash activity with a well behaved dog. The rooms are very comfortable and it is quiet. Wallpaper is loosening in some places but the room was clean. The parking lot will accommodate vehicles that are towing a trailer easily. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and two convenience stores.

My dog and I both feel this hotel has gone the extra distance to provide us with a great place to stay, we look forward to our next visit! It has a wonderful grass field out front for playing fetch, a pleasant view of the mighty Mississippi too! Nice area out back for finding scents of local critters! Nicely updated 1st floor room w tiled floor - great for lying out on and cooling off after frisbee! Staff were super friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. BTW - the hotel is a short drive off I80, but set back from both the highway and local roads so great for sneaking in some off leash moments.

Don’t pay the extra for a river view. All pet rooms are on the first floor. You know the river is there but that’s it. The wallpaper was falling of in the corner of the room. Really needs updating!

Nice big room on ground floor with carpeting and no old pet smells. Large green lawn area out front where Teddy played fetch and got plenty of exercise. Will try to stay there again on our return trip. Nice location for us people, too.

Great location for dog-walking with beautiful views of the Mississippi, nice wide grassy areas and sidewalks. Very little traffic near the hotel, and a nice friendly staff. Not far off I-80 and close to the little river town of Le Claire which has a great coffee house. We'll be back!

This was a nice spot to stop. Didn't have a designated area for me though and I have no idea why my room was on the second floor, but I liked learning how to ride the elevator. My people said the Beirstube restaurant was great. I only got to sit in the car while they went there.

Request bottom floor room. This was a very good hotel for our pups. 185 pound Dane and standard poodle. very nice easy access to large grass area. also there is a park in the back for a bigger run area. will stay here again. The town was for the most part pet friendly 1 restaurant said no dogs we just ignored it the rest of the shops and restaurants were fine.

The front desk manager very helpful she made sure we had a room that was near an exit door to take the dogs out. The room was very clean and perfect for travel with our dogs.

Excellent staff. Very clean, well maintained rooms. ( we had 116). Fare was as advertised. Lots of parking and lawns for the puppy to play and do her business. Excellent Chinese food near by. Definitely worth a return stop when we come back thru. Free breakfast. Comfy beds.

We rolled in after 9pm with our two dogs. Check in was smooth and service friendly. We were very pleased with the size of the area we had to walk our 2 medium sized dogs around. This was our second dog friendly hotel that had clean carpeted rooms. They seem much cozier than the ones with the laminate floors. Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable with two exceptions. The sheets were a bit scratchy and the kids in the adjoining room so noisy it was as if they were in ours! Other than that, I would recommend this hotel for sure. Good breakfast and coffee to start our day and easy access to the highway.

This hotel was very nice to my dog. All the staff were interested in petting her and they even had treats at the desk. Lots of green space around the hotel for walking and running. I would highly recommend this hotel.
