Customer service was quite friendly. Hotel seemed run down with musty smell. Walls were paper thin so much that we heard the neighboring rooms' alarms with several repeats for snoozing, then music, then yelling. At 0600. Breakfast was mediocre, but they did offer to-go bags with water, fruit, and snack bar.

Nice, updated Hampton Inn. Easy off freeway and close to downtown too. First floor room and I don’t think they added a pet fee. Grassy strip between 2 hotels with a poop station. Decent breakfast. We’d definitely stay again! Oh and they asked about my pup at check in. Even asked his name. Sweet.

Clean efficient, very pup friendly. A great first night experience for our two nervous pups. The complimentary breakfast was nice for us too. The room was quiet and we will stay with Hampton hotels in the future.

Warm cookies at check-in, super kind staff (they went out of their way to get us wine glasses), gave us a room near the side door so puppy could go outside easily and quickly, clean, comfortable... absolutely great. I would go out of my way to stay here again with my pup!
