Found this property to be in process of some badly needed renovations, so from the run down room to sparse breakfast offerings this property needs some help. The saddest part of our visit was that the desk clerk (later to be identified as one of the new owners) was not familiar with computer system and charged a pet fee 4x to my credit card only to say it didn’t complete processing; then requested I pay in cash in excess of standard amount. All this along with dimly lit exterior gives an uneasy vibe. Recommend staying elsewhere. Quality, value and convenience are lacking here.

Comfortable, clean room. Good location close to the highway & restaurants. My room was on the second floor using the elevator. Plenty free parking in their lot. Grass in front of the hotel and along a sidewalk on the road the hotel is on.

We chose this place to stay based on the price and reviews. There was one bad review. I should have listened to his advice. They advertised $64 a night on the BringFido app. They charged us $84 and refused to honor their advertised price. They advertised continental breakfast and said they were only serving juice and coffee because of Covid. Cheap! The whole place smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The mattresses “squeaked”. They appeared to be new so they must have been really cheap. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The toilet seat was so loose you could fall off the toilet. The girl at the desk was rude at check in. A different girl at the deck on check out was snippy. DON’T STAY HERE!

If I could give less bones I would! The concierge was rude, the dog rooms are only on the 2nd floor & their elevator is out of order (which they did not notify us of ahead of time), and all the bedding machines are out of order. When I went to take a shower, there is only a dribble of water from the shower head & their were hairs in the shower & on the shower walls when i first pulled the curtain back! Ewww.. especially during a time when sanitation is of utmost importance!
