      Reservations are meaningless

      I arrived at the location at approximately 7 PM. When I said I had a reservation, I was told by the person behind the desk that the hotel was all sold out and there was not a room available When I asked why room was not available if I had a reservation, I was told that the reservation doesn’t mean you will get a room. I had to therefore scramble to find a room that would be OK with dogs and luckily, the website helpline assisted me with that. Plus, just from my view of the lobby, the place is a dump.
